Ideally, we like to measure and work up the estimate at the time of the first visit. If the project is large or if time does not allow, we will take it back and send it to you via email if you like. We can process your order then, or we will be happy to leave you a written estimate for you. Once the order is placed, you are given a scheduled start and finish date for the project.

All of your paint manufacturers have more than one grade of paint, call it good/better/best. We have found that it saves time, thus money if you stay away from the lower grade paints. Not only does it go on faster, but keeps its luster longer, both of which save you money.

Depending on the season, we typically are able to have your work scheduled within a month of your placing the order. If special circumstances are present, we usually can accommodate you.

All minor wallboard repairs are included in our estimate. Any repairs abaove and beyond normal wear and tear will be noted on your estimate. However, we would never simply paint over a defect and hope you did not notice. Our goal is for a successful and happy conclusion to all orders.

Digitally. We can take a digital photo of whatever item you are trying to match and our paint suppliers can match your color. This is great for creating an accent color to play off a color that you have in a piece of furniture, drapery or carpt.

Also, with custom colors, we not only leave with you the color code so that it can be matched at a later time, in the event of touch up, but we also leave with you the remaining custom paint so if a paint repair is needed, you have it.
